The purpose of judging products is very simple. No one has the
time to personally judge all the products in the foodservice and
consumer arenas. It is indeed a vast marketplace, constantly
flooded with products ranging from inferior to superior. Not only
is it useful to evaluate these products for taste, but we also feel
