Founded in 2001, the American Masters of Taste brings together leaders of industry sectors, both buyers and sellers in national and regional meetings stressing taste leadership, product tastings, food safety trends, and new technologies as well as industry awards for superior tasting products.

CHEFS IN AMERICA AWARDS FOUNDATION, SINCE 1989
Chefs In America Awards Foundation is a national network of Corporate Executive Chefs and High-Volume Executive Chefs. They come together to share common interests and to generate benefits for our colleagues. There are over 10,000 Chefs in their network.

CORDON ROUGE WORLD SOCIETY
Cordon Rouge World Society is an international organization of headquarter and high-volume Food & Beverage Directors and Beverage Buyers headquartered in the U.S. The Society offers specific food & wine training for kitchen professionals. The society also presents the Cordon du Vin Global Excellence Award.

U.S. CULINARY COUNCIL
The U.S. Culinary Council is a committee of the Chefs In America Awards Foundation, which evaluates, awards and endorses foodservice products, which are neither food nor beverage, including equipment, apparel and tabletop items. The Council is made up of Executive Chefs and other foodservice industry executives.
